沿海前沿区域城镇化中的土地利用问题及对策分析——以江苏省南通市为例

2009年,江苏沿海开发战略上升为国家战略,江苏沿海三市迎来了新一轮的发展机遇,沿海前沿区域城镇化的发展也进入了大众的视野。但是,从已有的文献来看,对这片发展区域中的土地问题进行系统调查与研究的并不多。现实来看,土地无论何地均是一个至关重要的因素,同时沿海前沿区域也呈现出特有的土地问题。江苏省南通市江海交汇,汇总其沿镇城镇化过程中的土地问题,分析存在的原因,提出可行的政策建议,能够对沿海城镇化的进程起到更好的推进作用。
