摘要
借鉴哈佛大学教授大卫—麦克里兰博士的能力素质模型及国内外相关研究成果,分析本科生能力的构成要素,构建本科生课堂能力培养模型。该模型除重视传统的知识接受能力之外,还特别强调质疑能力、应用能力、创新能力、信息收集加工能力、陈述汇报能力、团队协作能力等能力要素。同时,以审计学课程为例设计出能力导向的主要教学方法。
Referring to Harvard University Professor David MacLellan's ability quality model and related research achievements at home and abroad, analyzing the components of undergraduate students' ability, constructing the model of undergraduate classroom ability training.In addition to the traditional knowledge acceptance ability, the model also emphasizes the ability of question, application ability, innovation ability, information collection and processing ability, presentation ability, team cooperation ability and other factors.At the same time, taking the audit course as an example, the main teaching methods are designed.
