高校本科生课堂能力培养模型及实现方法设计——以审计学课程为例

借鉴哈佛大学教授大卫—麦克里兰博士的能力素质模型及国内外相关研究成果,分析本科生能力的构成要素,构建本科生课堂能力培养模型。该模型除重视传统的知识接受能力之外,还特别强调质疑能力、应用能力、创新能力、信息收集加工能力、陈述汇报能力、团队协作能力等能力要素。同时,以审计学课程为例设计出能力导向的主要教学方法。
