摘要
从反应器振荡方式、保温时间及冷却方法三个方面,探讨了4-氨基偶氮苯的检测方法。结果表明该三个因素的变化均对俭测结果造成较大影响。使用最优的条件进行检测,平均回收率在71%~82%,相对标准偏差小于lO%,方法检测限可达1.0mg/kg,测定低限达3.0mg/kg。本方法完全满足GB/T23344-2009标准的测试受求。
The test method of 4-aminoazobenzen is discussed from three factors: oscillation mode of reactor, heat preservation time, cooling method. The result show that the changes of all these factors had significant impacts on the testing results. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the mean recoveries are 71%-82% with the relative standard deviations below 10%. The test limits is 1.0mg/kg, and the quantification limits 3.0 mg/kg. The method could fully meet the requirements of GB/T 23344-2009 standard.
