CPCD70叉车制动性能及其检验标准的研究

Study on Braking Performance and Test Standard of the CPCD70 Forklift

叉车的制动距离是评价叉车制动性能的重要指标,也是影响叉车安全性的重要因素。对于叉车制动距离的检验标准,业内一直以来也有一些争论。文中以CPCD70叉车为例,采用理论计算的方法得出了制动距离的理论数据,并通过试验进行了验证。参照相关行业标准进行了对比分析,并结合国外相关要求提出了新的检验标准与检验方法。

The braking distance of forklift is an important indicator to evaluate the braking performance, and also for the the safety of forklift. For the relate inspection standard, the industry has been to have some controversy. In this paper, taking CPCD70 forklift as an example, the theoretical calculation method is used to get the theoretical data of the braking distance. With reference to the relevant industry standards, and combined with the relevant requirements of foreign countries, the new inspection standards and testing methods are proposed.
