摘要
文中基于提高地市级质检所质检档案管理水平的目的,明确了质检所档案管理的特点和主要要求,对其中的重点、难点问题进行梳理和分析,提出确保归档资料完整性、档案管理中如何兼顾保密要求和查询需求、尝试将信息化技术应用于档案管理、探索更好地利用档案资料实现其内在价值和增值等方面的对策,为更好地开展地市级质检所质检档案管理提供思路。
Based on improving the management of inspection files management of the quality inspection institutes at the municipal level, in this paper, the characteristics and the main requirements of quality inspection files management are cleared, the difficulty of them generalized and analyzed, the integrity of archive data and balance on security and query in files management proposed. In order to providing ideas to the management of inspection files management of the quality inspection institutes at the municipal level ,trying to apply the information technology to files management and exploring better countermeasures to using files to realize its intrinsic value and increment are discussed.
