摘要
为获得适合低海拔地区蝙蝠蛾人工饲养的幼虫食料,在食料筛选的基础上分析比较了5种食料对蝙蝠蛾5龄期幼虫生长的影响。试验在验证了部分前人研究的基础上发现:幼虫取食胡萝卜和槟榔芋生长较为缓慢,取食甘薯则出现虫重负增长,取食玉米存活率低,仅人工饲料1组可使幼虫保持较高的体重增长速率(1.900±0.366)mg·d^(-1),且存活率较高,有望作为胡萝卜的替代食料或在一定龄期与胡萝卜搭配饲喂,利于蝙蝠蛾幼虫的持续快速生长。试验结果为低海拔地区蝙蝠蛾幼虫室内人工饲养提供了参考数据。
In order to obtain the foodstuffs suited for artificial rearing of Hepialus larvae at low altitude areas, the effect of 5 foodstuffs on growth of 5th-instar Hepialus larvae were compared based on the food screening. The results verified some previous studies and showed that Hepialus larvae could keep a higher weight increasing rate (being 1.900 ± 0.366) mg ·d-1 and survival rate fed on Artificial Diet-1( AD-1), while slower growth on Daucus carrot and Colocasia esculenta, lower survival rate on Zea mays. AD-1 was expected to be one of alternative feeding-foods, or combined with D. carrot, for keeping high growth of Hepialus larvae. This study provided a reference for artificial rea- ring of Hepialus larvae at low altitude areas.
