摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司在常减压装置上投用先进控制系统(简称APC)的效果。该系统采用DMCplus先进控制软件,根据生产实际设计6个APC控制器,对炉效率、加热炉支路温度、常减压塔液位等进行控制。通过APC的实施,生产波动得到大幅减小,极大地降低了操作员的劳动强度;通过卡边操作,提高了常压塔拔出率以及柴油和喷气燃料的分离精度;关键控制点的标准偏差平均降低71%,最高降低97%;经济效益以2016年2月加工量计算,年增加约500万元;炉效率提高,氧体积分数降低0.27百分点。但是APC系统在应对加工量发生较大变化时调整过慢,且设备的老化弱化了APC优化效果,今后应加以改善。 The installation and operation of Advanced Process Control (APC) system in the atmospheric- vacuum distillation unit of SINOPEC Luoyang Company are introduced. In APC system, the United States ASPEN Company's DMCplus software is applied, and 6 APC controllers are designed based upon operation requirements to control furnace efficiency, branch temperature of heating furnace, liquid level of atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers, etc. The application of APC has greatly reduced the production fluctuation and the labor intensity. The margin control has increased the draw-out rate of atmospheric tower and improved the separation accuracy of diesel and kerosene. The key control points of the standard deviation are reduced by 71% on average and 97% maximum. The annual economic benefit is increased by about 5.0 million Yuan (RMB) based upon the production capacity of February, 2016. The furnace efficiency is increased and the oxygen content is decreased by 0.27%. Whereas, the advanced APC system reacts slowly in response to a large change in the processing capacity, and the aging of the equipment has weakened the APC optimization, which should be improved in the future.
