《石油化工企业设计防火规范》(以下简称《规范》)是石油化工行业非常重要的规范之一。在正确理解《规范》内容的基础上,结合项目特点,灵活应用《规范》具有十分重要的意义。从装置储罐(组)的工艺特征、平面布置、装置储罐(组)的探讨等几方面对装置储罐(组)进行了详细阐述。针对装置储罐(组)的防火堤、围堤及围堰设置,装置储罐(组)的泵平面布置,储罐的分组布置,联合装置中装置储罐(组)的总容积计算等方面提出了建议。详细阐述了可燃气体、液化烃和可燃液体设备的布置原则以及设备构架式布置的条件,并对所涉及的问题进行了探讨。还针对介质操作温度等于或高于自燃点的设备以及介质操作温度低于自燃点的储罐设备布置应注意可燃液体设备构架楼板局部无泄漏的要求,对《规范》提出了建议。

"Fire prevention code of petrochemical enterprises design"(GB 50160—2008)(hereinafter referred to as the "the Code") is one of important codes for petrochemical industries. It is very significant to flexibly apply the Code based upon the correct understanding of the Code and in consideration of the project characteristics. The storage tanks within process plant are described in detail in respect of the process features and plot plan of tank groups,and recommendations are proposed for the design of dike,coffer dam,layout of pump and the calculation of the total volume of storage tanks within process plant. The design principles for the layout of equipment for combustible gas,liquified hydrocarbon,flammable and combustible liquid are described in detail,and the problems in the layout of equipment supports are discussed. For the equipment whose operating temperature is equal to or higher than medium 's auto-ignition point and equipment layout whose operating temperature is lower than medium auto-ignition point,advices are also given to the Code in respect of no-leakage requirements of flammable and combustible liquid equipment frame floor.
