云南祥云县山洪灾害调查实践

Investigation on flash flood disasters in Xiangyun County of Yunnan Province

云南祥云县以自然村为基本单元,以内外业结合的方式开展山洪灾害调查工作,所有调查结果均录入山洪灾害数据采集终端,通过采集终端可以直观地获得县内山洪灾害的基本信息。在整理调查成果的基础上进一步分析了祥云县内自然和社会经济、山洪灾害类型及历史山洪灾害、防治区内山洪沟等情况,通过沟道断面测量为下一步进行山洪灾害分析评价提供了基础数据,对山洪灾害调查工作进行了总结并提供了相关建议,以供其他地区山洪灾害调查工作参考。

The flash flood disasters in Xiangyun County were investigated; the necessity of the investigation was analyzed; work procedures were introduced; and investigation results were collected. The investigation takes nature village as base element and combined with internal and external investigation as major method. Based on the investigation results, natural and social economy, flash flood disaster type and historical torrent disaster, torrent flood ditch in prevention area were analyzed. The database containing channel section survey was beneficial to torrent flood disaster evaluation. By inputting investigation results into data acquisition terminal computer, basic information of flash flood disaster about Xiangyun County could be acquired from terminal computer. As the final step, the investigation results were summarized and suggestions were provided, which could be used for the reference of investigation of flash flood disaster in other areas.
