山东济南市水生态文明建设策略研究

Strategies on building water ecological city for Jinan City

以济南市水生态文明城市建设为契机,从济南市水生态文明城市建设的现状入手,对济南水生态文明城市建设中存在的问题进行分析。从水管理体系、水生态体系、水保障体系和水文化体系4个方面研究了水生态文明城市建设的基本策略,并提出了4项保障措施,可为济南市水生态文明城市建设提供参考,有力改善济南市水资源短缺、水环境污染和水生态退化的问题,从而加快济南市水生态文明城市建设的进程。

Water ecological city is under construction in Jinan City. Based on the construction status, the problems of water ecology construction are analyzed. The basic strategies of the construction are studied with a focus on four aspects, including water management system, water ecology systems, water security system and water culture system; four safeguards are proposed, as well. The study can provide a reference for building a water ecological city, alleviating water shortages, reducing water pollution and preventing ecological degradation, and can accelerate the process of constructing water ecological city in .linan City.
