摘要
以含腐草的土壤为样品,通过土样稀释,选择培养基培养初筛,将初筛选择出的菌株在CMC-Na培养基上进行多次复筛,通过刚果红染色观察透明圈,CMC糖化力法测纤维素酶活力进一步筛选,选择出1菌株与15菌株为该次实验的优良菌株。
Taking soil containing rotten grass as samples,through the soil sample dilution,the selected strains in CMC Na by culturing on a preliminary screening medium are screened for many times.The strains coded as 1and 15 are finally identified as the effective strains of the experiments by congo red staining observation of transparent circle and CMC saccharifying power measuring cellulose enzyme vigor.
