保暖抗菌丙纶多功能环保面料生产实践 被引量:4

摘要 基于丙纶纤维的性能特点,采用8.3 tex/72 f的丙纶丝和涤纶丝,在28针/25.4 mm的双面大圆机上编织网眼组织结构,开发一款新型保暖抗菌丙纶多功能环保面料。详细介绍面料的编织工艺,包括设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式、技术要点、面料参数等,以及面料前处理、染色及定形等工艺,并对面料的性能进行测试分析。结果表明:该面料具有保暖、抗菌、单向导湿、环保、手感柔软、舒适、弹性好等特点,适合制作运动服、休闲装和户外服装。 Based on the properties of the polypropylene fiber, the paper develops a new kind of knitted warmth-retention anti-bacterial, multi-functional and environment-friendly polypropylene mesh fabric on 28 gauge large-diameter double circular knitting machine, by using 8.3 tex/72 f polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including equipment parameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, threading ways, key points of technology, fabric parameters, and the technology of the pretreatment, dyeing fixation and size-setting. In addition, the properties of the fabrics are tested. The results show that the fabric has excellent comprehensive properties, such as warmth retention property, anti-bacterial properties, one-way moisture transferring property, environment-friendly, softness, comfortable and good elasticity, which is suitable for making sportswear, casual and outdoors wear.
