采用爽丽丝^（TM）纤维开发凉感鸟眼针织面料

Development of Cool-feel Bird-eye Knitted Fabric by Using Physcool^(TM) Fiber

采用8.3 tex/36 f的亲水凉感涤纶爽丽丝TM与7.8 tex/48 f的锦纶进行交织,在28针/25.4 mm的双面纬编大圆机上,开发3款具有凉感功能的鸟眼针织面料。详细阐述原料规格、设备参数、编织图、三角排列等编织工艺,以及前处理、预定形、染色、定形等染整工艺,最终经过凉感功能性测试,测定开发的3款面料具有较佳的凉感效果,Q-max值可达0.13以上。

The paper develops three kinds of mesh knitted fabrics with cool-feel property on 28 gauge double circular knitting machine, by using 8.3 rex/36 f polyester PhyscoolTM and 7.8 tex/48 f polyamide. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw materials preparation, equipment parameters, knitting diagram, cam arrangement, pretreatment, dyeing and finishing technology of the pretreatment, pre-setting, dyeing fixation, size-setting and so on. In addition, the cool-feel property is tested. The results show that these three kinds of fabrics have better cool-feel property, and the Q-max reaches at 0.13.
