摘要 指出了酸性荧光染料染超细锦纶6织物时颜色稳定性差、色牢度差等缺点,并相应地提出了固色工艺优化的解决措施。文中采用固色剂M、固色剂N、固色剂P对染色织物进行固色处理,测试并分析了固色前水洗温度、固色剂种类、固色剂用量、固色温度及固色时间对固色效果的影响。结果表明,最佳固色工艺为:固色前水洗温度为43℃,选择固色剂P,且其用量根据浅、中、深色分别为3%、4%、5%,固色温度为60℃,浅、中、深色固色时间分别为15 min、20 min、25 min;将优化固色工艺用于大生产实践后,超细锦纶6织物颜色稳定性好、色牢度达标,染色效果较理想。 The disadvantages of ultrafine nylon 6 dyed by acid fluorescent dyes such as poor stability and poor color fastness were pointed out, and the solution measures of the optimal fixing process were put forward. The dyed fabric was fixed by the fixing agent M, fixing agent N, fixing agent P in the paper, and the effects of washing temperature before fixing, fixing agent types, fixing agent dosage, fixing temperature and time on fixing effects were tested and analyzed. The results show that the optimal process of fixing is that washing temperature before solid color is 43 ℃, choosing the fixing agent P, and the dosage of fixing agent P according to the light, medium and dark are 3%, 4% and 5%, fixing temperature is 60℃, fixing time according to the light, medium and dark are 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes; When optimized fixing process is used for bulk productions, the uhrafine nylon 6 fabrics have good color stability, fastness and dyeing effect.
