摘要
以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG-600)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)、丁酮肟(MEKO)等为主要原料,合成了封闭型水性聚氨酯(WPU),再与全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(C6F)、十八烷基丙烯酸酯(SMA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、苯乙烯(ST)等,经乳液聚合,制备了封闭型聚氨酯氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液(WPUFA),并采用红外光谱、热重分析仪、场发射扫描电镜及接触角测量仪等对产物结构及性能进行表征与分析。将WPUFA用于涤纶织物疏水性整理,测试并探讨了整理后织物的疏水、疏油等性能,并与氟代聚丙烯酸酯进行对比。结果表明,WPUFA乳液有较好的物化性能,其乳胶膜的热稳定性较好;WPUFA乳液用量为25 g/L时应用效果较佳,其静态接触角可达到138.5°,疏水性达到90分,疏油等级达到5级。
With isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyethylene glycol (PEG-600), triethanolamine (TEOA), diacetylmonoxime (MEKO) and so on as main raw materials, closed type waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was syn- theticed, then with perfluorinated hexyl ethyl acrylate(C6F), octadecyl methacrylate(SMA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA), styrene(ST), etc., enclosed waterborne polyurethane modified fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion(WPUFA) was prepared by emulsion polymerization, and the product structure and performance were characterized and analyzed with infrared spectrum, thermogravimetric analyzer, field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and contact angle t instrument etc. WPUFA was used for polyester fabric hydrophobic finishing, the fabric after finishing of the hydrophobic and oleophobic performance were tested and discussed, and comparecl with fluorinated polyacrylate. The results show that WPUFA emulsion has better physical and chemical properties, and the thermal stability of the latex film; the application effect is better when the amount of WPUFA emulsion is 25 g/L, the static contact angle can reach 138.5°, the hydrophobicity is 90 points, and the drain oil level is 5.
