摘要
为研究男式内衣中弹性针织面料的压力舒适性及设计松量,通过选择6种针织内衣面料,运用Flexi Force传感器在男性身体上的主要部位上进行客观压力测量及面料拉伸性能试验,建立"人体-面料"体系。分析最大压力值、面料张力指数和面料的拉伸度,并建立数学方程,结合实际应用理论模型,实现通过KES-FB1测试试验面料的压力及松量预测,通过参数来选择合理的男式内衣面料及设计松量。
In order to study the male underwear elastic knitted fabric's pressure comfort and ease design, the "human-fabric" system was established by using of six kinds of knitted fabrics, and testing was made to objective pressure and elongation of fabric through the Flexi Force sensor on the main parts of male body. In addition, it analyzes the maximum pressure, the tensile force and the elongation of fabric, then establishes the mathematical equations and combining with the application of the theoretical model, through testing the pressure and ease by KES-FB1, chooses the reasonable men's underwear fabric and ease by parameters.
