涤纶印花、压花拉舍尔毛毯生产技术实践

Study of Printed and Embossed Raschel Blanket

以涤纶纤维为原料,采用HDR5DPLM60型双针床拉舍尔经编机编织了拉舍尔毛毯,并介绍了该毛毯的性能特点。探讨了涤纶印花拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺流程及各工序的工艺参数,阐述了其改进压花技术,并将改进压花技术与一般压花技术进行对比。结果表明,涤纶拉舍尔毛毯通过平网印花机印花后,再经压花工序,其花型清晰、手感柔软、立体感强,并且市场前景较为广阔。

With polyester fiber as raw material, raschel blanket was knitted by HDR5DPLM60 type double nee- dle bed raschel warp knitting machine, and the performance characteristics of raschel blanket were introduced. The production process of printed raschel blanket and its parameters were discussed, the improved embossing technology of printed raschel blanket was expounded, and compared with general embossing technology. The results show that when the raschel blanket is printed through fiat screen printing machine and then embossed, the pattern is clear, the feeling is soft, three-dimensional sense is strong, whose market prospects are bright.
