Dyeing and Finishing of Polyester and Wool Dri-release Ponte-de-roma with Property of Hydroscopic and Fast Dry

阐述了涤毛Dri-release吸湿快干罗马布的性能,选用合适的分散染料和酸性染料对其进行染整加工,并指出了染整加工过程中注意事项,同时测试了涤毛Dri-release罗马布的吸湿速干性及色牢度。结果表明,涤毛Dri-release罗马布集羊毛和涤纶的优点于一身,具有较好的吸湿速干性且色牢度较好,同时不影响织物的手感和强力。

The properties of polyester and wool Dri-release ponte-de-roma were expounded. Suitable disperse dyes and acid dyes were selected for dyeing and finishing, and precautions were pointed out in the dyeing process. At the same time, the property of hydroscopic and fast dry and color fastness of polyester and wool Dri-release ponte-de-roma were tested. The results show that polyester and wool Dri-release ponte-de-roma has all the advan- tages of wool and polyester, and the property of hydroscopic and fast dry and color fastness are both good. At the same time, the hand feeling and strength have not been affected.
