摘要
纺织品p H值是纺织品安全性能重要指标之一,文中探讨了纺织品水萃取液p H值检测时,剪碎试样大小、测试用水p H值、萃取液放置时间以及振荡速率对p H值测试结果的影响。结果表明:剪碎试样大小、测试用水p H值对酸性试样影响小,但对中性、碱性试样影响大,中性、碱性试样测试时用水p H值尽量为6.00~6.50;静置时间在4 h以内时,酸性、中性试样p H值测试结果较稳定,而对碱性试样p H值测试结果有较大影响;最佳振荡速率为60次/min。
The pH value of textile was one of the important indicators about safety performance. The size of sample in form of pieces, pH value of testing water, storage period of extract liquor and oscillation rate on the testing result of pH value were discussed when testing the pI-I value of textile water extract. The results show that size of sample and pH value of testing water has little influence on acid sample, but has large influence on neutral and alkaline samples, and pH value of testing water of neutral and alkaline samples should be 6.00-6.50; the test- ing results of acid and neutral samples is stable within 4 hours standing, but it has large influence on alkaline sample; the optimal oscillation rate is 60 times per minute.
