中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床观察

Clinical observation of TCM combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法选择90例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,两组均给予传统手术治疗,实验组增加了中药内服与熏蒸治疗。结果治疗一年后,实验组的总有效率(97.78%)明显高于对照组(82.22%),实验组膝关节功能评分的优良率(77.78%)明显高于对照组(51.11%),实验组不良反应率(4.44%)明显低于对照组(15.56%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折,有效改善了患者的临床症状,降低了不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods 90 patients with tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.All the patients received conventional surgeries.The experimental group was given oral Chinese medicinal formulas combined with fumigation treatment. Results After one year’s treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group （97.78%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （82.22%）,the excellent rate of knee joint function scores of the experimental group （77.78%） was significantly higher than that of control group （51.11%）,the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group （4.44%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （15.56%）,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
