快速康复外科联合腹腔镜在结直肠癌根治术中的运用研究

Study on the application of fast tract surgery combined with celioscope in radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的 探讨快速康复外科（FTS）联合腹腔镜在结直肠癌根治术中的运用。方法 将94例行腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除术患者分为A组（40例）和B组（54例）。A组采用FTS,而B组采用传统护理。统计两组的患者术后恢复情况、住院时间、住院费用和术后并发症。采用χ~2检验等分析数据。结果 A组肛门排气、下地活动和开始进食均明显早于B组（P〈0.05）;A组需要肠外营养时间和住院时间均明显短于B组（P〈0.05）;A组的住院费明显少于B组（P〈0.05）;A组的尿路感染、腹胀和咽痛的发病率均明显低于B组（P〈0.05）。结论 FTS可以显著促进腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除术患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用和降低术后并发症发病率,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the application of fast tract surgery （FTS） combined with celioscope in radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 94 colorectal cancer patients with laparoscopic resection were divided into group A （40 cases） and group B （54 cases）. Group A were treated with FTS, and group B were treated with traditional nursing methods. Data was collected on the postoperative recovery, length of stay, cost of hospitalization, postoperative complications.The data of two groups were compared using chi-square test and so on. Results The passage of gas by anus,made some movement on the ground and took food in group A were significantly earlier than those in group B （P 〈 0.05）. The need parenteral nutrition and hospital stay in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B （P 〈 0.05）.The hospitalization expenses of group A were significantly less than that of group B （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of urinary tract infection, abdominal distension and sore throat in group A were significantly lower than those in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion FTS can significantly promote the postoperative recovery, shorten the hospital stay, reduce hospital costs and reduce the postoperative complications incidence of colorectal cancer patients with laparoscopic resection, so it is worth recommending.
