摘要
目的 分析化疗栓塞术联合射频消融治疗肝癌的临床疗效。方法 选取2010年6月~2013年4月期间我院收治的61例肝癌患者,根据患者接受的不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=32)。经检查后,两组患者各有40处病灶。对照组患者采用化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗,观察组患者采用TACE联合射频消融(RFA)治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项相关指标变化。结果 治疗前,两组患者的甲胎蛋白(AFP)、肿瘤最大直径、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的AFP、肿瘤最大直径、ALT和对照组患者的AFP、肿瘤最大直径均显著减小,观察组患者的AFP、肿瘤最大直径、ALT小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者的肿瘤坏死率、生存期和中位生存期大于对照组,肿瘤复发率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 TACE联合RFA治疗肝癌能显著提高患者的生存期,降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in treatment of liver cancer. Methods 61 cases of liver cancer cured in our hospital from June 2010 to April 2013 were selected and divided into observation group (n=29) and control group (n=32) according to different treatment methods. After examination, there were 40 lesions in each group. Patients in control group were treated with TACE, and patients in observation group were treated with TACE combined with RFA. The clinical effect, the related indexes changes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Before the treatment, there were no statistical significances on AFP, maximum diameter of the tumor and ALT between the two groups. After the treatment, the AFP, maximum diameter of the tumor and ALT in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Tumor necrosis rate, survival time and median survival period observation group were higher than those of control group, and tumor recurrence was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion TACE combine with RFA in treatment of liver cancer can significantly improve the survival of patients, and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worth to be popularized in clinical use.
