《笔花医镜》为清代医家江涵暾所撰,全书从诊法、五脏六腑、儿科、女科四方面论述疾病的诊治,内容浅近,论述简要,是一部流传甚广,颇有影响的医学入门读物。本文从《笔花医镜》的作者、学术特点和临床指导意义以及如何学习应用三个方面作了阐述。

Bi Hua Yi Jing,written by JIANG Han-tun in the Qing dynasty,has been an introduction TCM medical reading book for its brief concise discussion on diagnosis and treatment on dianogsis method,five zang-organ with six fu-organ,pediatrics,gynecology and obstetrics.This paper is to conclude discussion on its author,academic characteristics,clinical guidance and how to study this book.
