摘要
目的评估GFS24Y STR、PowerPlex Y23System及AGCU24Y STR3个体系的法医学应用价值。方法从群体多态性、分型准确性、灵敏度、种属特异性、组织同一性、性别特异性、混合样本检验等方面进行检测评估。结果对137例广东男性无关个体进行检测,3个Y-STR复合扩增体系均检出137种唯一单倍型,Power PlexY23System共发现139个等位基因,AGCU24YSTR共发现145个等位基因,GFS24YSTR共发现154个等位基因;AGCU24Y STR、GFS24Y STR检测体系灵敏度均为0.125ng,PowerPlex Y23体系为0.0625ng。结论PowerPlex Y23System、AGCU24Y STR、GFS24Y STR3个体系在广东人群中均有高度多态性,灵敏度、种属特异性、组织同一性、性别特异性、混合样本检测等方面均可满足法医实际检案要求,在父系鉴定、个体识别、群体遗传等方面具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To assess the forensic value of three systems of GFS24Y STR, PowerPlex~ Y23 and AGCU24Y STR. Methods The evaluation was targeted at group polyrnorphism, classification accuracy, sensitivity, species specificity, organization identity, gender specificity and detectivity for mixed samples. Results Of the 137 Guangdong unrelated male individuals, 139, 145 and 154 alleles were respectively detected by PowerPlex Y23, AGCU24Y STR and GFS24Y STR although all the three Y - STR composite amplification systems were detected 137 kinds of sole haploid type. The sensitivities of the three Y-STR systems are 0.0625 ng for PowerPlex Y23, both 0.125 ng for GFS 24Y and AGCU24Y. Conclusion The three systems of PowerPlex Y23, AGCU24Y STR and GFS24Y STR, all of high sensitivity and strong specificity, reveal the high polymorphism in the Guangdong population. The combination of the PowerPlex~(23, AGCU24Y STR and GFS24Y STR should have good prospect for application in fatherhood identification as well as population genetic analysis.
