摘要 以身体功能训练为基础,对学生的身体功能动作进行功能动作筛查(FMS),根据筛查结果制定功能训练计划。抽取山西省某高校60名篮球专项学生,分成人数相等的实验组和对照组。实验组在日常训练中加入身体功能训练,对照组的训练采用传统的体能训练。实验前后对两组学生的身体功能动作和运动损伤率进行统计分析。结果表明:实验组学生的FMS总得分显著高于实验前并且优于对照组;在运动损伤率方面也显著低于对照组。对照组的损伤率有所上升。结论:身体功能训练能够改善身体存在的运动弱链,提高身体功能水平,降低运动损伤的风险。 Body functional training based on the student's body function can activate functional screening oper- ation (FMS), based on whose screening results to develop a functional training program. 60 Basketball College Students Major in Shanxi Province, is divided into experimental and control groups, with the experimental group added body functional training in daily training, the training of the control group using the traditional physical training. Two groups of students pre and post the experiment body function and action sports injury rate is inves- tigated and analysed. The results showed that the experimental group of students of FMS total score was signifi- candy higher than before the experiment and better than the control group; in sports injury rate was significantly lower than the control group. Injury rate in the control group increased. Functional training can improve the body's physical presence as weak movement chain and increase the level of physical function, reduce the risk of sports injuries.
