农户融资难一直是中国农村经济发展的重要问题。通过农户融资用途,融资约束现状和后果分析,首先,农户融资约束对农户生产生活的影响:抑制农户消费能力、农户难以抓住投资机会以致生产效率提高受到影响、扩大农户间的贫富差距;其次,农户融资约束对农村金融发展的影响:给农村非正规金融发展留下了较大空间、导致农村高利贷的产生和发展;最后,农户融资约束对农村经济发展的影响:生产规模难以扩大,农业生产效率难以提高、影响农村产业结构优化升级,提出了政府应该加强农村普惠金融建设和深化农村地区金融增量改革,引领民间金融正规化的对策建议。

Farmers financing difficulty has been an important problem in China＇s rural economic development. This study discusses the purpose of farmers financing, present situation of financing constraints and consequences analysis. Firstly, farmers financing constraints effect on production and living. They restrain the consuming ability. Farmers are difficult to seize the investment opportunities so that they will affect production efficiency. And they enlarge the gap between rich and poor of farmers. Secondly, farmers financing constraints influence on rural finance development. They leave a large space for rural informal financial development and produce and develop the rural usury. Finally, farmers financing constraints impact on rural economic development. The scale of production is difficult to expand and production efficiency is difficult to improve. And they influence on the optimization of rural industrial structure. The government should strengthen the construction of rural inclusive finance, deepen the reform of rural financial increment, and lead the regularization of the folk finance.
