乒乓球长胶技术打法以及应对方法的探讨

Discussion on Playing Technique and Countermeasure of Table Tennis Long Rubber

长胶打法已有50多年历史。长胶的主要特点是"不转"、"反转"和"下沉",其技术有搓、削、挡、磕、拱、弹、打、拉等。本文阐述了乒乓球长胶打法的技术特点以及在实战中如何运用这些技术,最后总结了乒乓球训练比赛中对长胶打法的一点心得体会,为促进乒乓球长胶打法的发展提供一些建议。

Long rubber play has been 50 years of history. The main features of the long glue is ＂not spin＂ ,＂back spin＂ and ＂sink＂, the technology has rubbing, cutting, block, knock, arch, bomb, fight, pull and so on. This paper describes the technical characteristics of table tennis long rubber play and how to use these techniques in actual combat. At last, it summarizes the experience of playing the long rubber in the table tennis training competition, in order to give some advices to promote the development of table tennis long rubber playing.
