不同培养模式下高校大学生体质状态的对比分析

摘要 目的:对比国内、国外两种培养模式的学习所造成的体质上的差异,旨在了解当前高校大学生体质变化的特征,为大学生健康管理、高校体育课程改革提供参考。方法:抽取近年来广西两所高校"3+1"培养模式下大学生体质测试检测结果,采用数理统计学方法对检测结果进行分析、讨论。结果:不同培养模式造成的大学生体质状况的改变是显著的,"3+1"培养模式下的学生体质状况优于国内常规培养模式的学生,且多项指标差异具统计学意义。结论:"3+1"培养模式在有效促进同学们身体健康、心理健康、社会适应能力的提高方面,对国内教育模式,以及学生体质健康发展有重要的启示作用。 Objective: The pro'pose of this study is to understand the characteristics of college students' physical constitution and to provide reference for college students" health management and college PE curriculum reform. Methods: The results of physical fitness test of college students under " 3 + 1 " cultivation mode in two universities in Guangxi in recent years are analyzed, and the results are analyzed and discussed by means of mathematical statistics. Results: The physical condition of college students caused by different culture modes is significant. The student in "3 + 1 " culture mode are better than those in routine training mode, and the differences are statistically significant. Conclusion: The "3 + 1" training model has important enlightenment on the improvement of students' physical health, mental health and social adaptability, as well as the domestic educational model and the healthy development of students.
