基于近红外光谱技术的个体无氧阈测试算法

摘要 本研究诣在提出并检验通过近红外光谱技术测试运动员个体无氧阈的测试算法的合理性。以18名吉林省某足球俱乐部运动员为实验对象,在跑台上进行递增负荷测试,期间采集受试者肌肉血氧相关参数与血乳酸。测试结束后,将基于近红外光谱技术的无氧阈测试算法找出的受试者个体无氧阈,与通过血乳酸动力学变化曲线图上找出的受试者的个体无氧阈相比对,以检验该测试算法的合理性。结果发现,该测试算法找出的受试者个体无氧阈与通过血乳酸动力学变化曲线图上找出的个体无氧阈相一致,说明该测试算法是合理的。 In this study, the author proposes and tests the rationality of the test algorithm for determining the anaerobic threshold of an athlete by near - infrared spectroscopy. In this study, 18 athletes from a football club in Jilin province are used to carry out the incremental load test on the running table. The blood oxygen parameters and blood lactate are collected during the test. After the end of the test, the subject & apes; anaerobic threshold, as determined by an anaerobic threshold test algorithm based on near - infrared spectroscopy techniques, compare to the subject & apes; anaerobic threshold determined by the blood lactate kinetic change profile, to test the reasonableness of the test algorithm. It was found that the individual anaerobic threshold found by the test algorithm was consistent with the anaerobic threshold of the individual found on the blood lactate kinetic curve, indicating that the test algorithm was reasonable.
