摘要
目的:探讨初中肥胖学生身体形态、身体机能和身体素质与运动能力之间的关系,了解肥胖学生运动特点,为运动干预设计提供指导。方法:对连云港某中学肥胖学生进行测试,选出50名学生进行实验测试。运动干预周期为12周。结果:运动干预对肥胖学生身体形态、身体机能和身体素质都有一定的影响和促进作用,进过12周运动干预,肥胖学生运动习惯有所改善,运动能力有所提高,更重要的是他们的运动参与兴趣提高了。结论:1经过12周运动干预降低了肥胖学生的体重、体脂百分比,提升了他们的肺活量,提高了运动能力及身体机能。2本次运动干预改善了肥胖学生的不良行为习惯,激发他们运动参与积极性,调动他们运动兴趣。
Objective: To explore the relationship among body shape, physical function and physical ability of middle school obese students, to understand the characteristics of obese students'movement and provide guidance for the design of sports intervention. Methods : Obese students in a secondary school in Lianyungang are tested and 50 of them are selected for experiment. The exercise intervention period is 12 weeks. Results: Exercise intervention has a certain effect on body shape, body function and physical quality of obese students. After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, exercise habits of obese students improved and their ability of exercise improved. More importantly, they of the sports participation interest increased. Conclusion: 1 After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, obesity students'body weight and body fat percentage are decrease, their vital capacity is increased, and their exercise capacity and physical function are improved. 2 This exercise intervention to improve the bad habits of obese students to motivate them to participate in a positive campaign to mobilize their interest in sports.
