摘要
基于长江经济带104个城市2003—2014年市级面板数据,实证研究城市蔓延的形成机理,并探讨了城市蔓延对我国生态环境的影响。研究发现:人均GDP与社会固定资产投资水平的提升会加剧城市蔓延现象,建议在经济发展过程中要做好人口流动与土地开发的管理和控制。城市蔓延对于环境污染具有明显的抑制作用,其原因可能是:文章选用单位面积的工业二氧化硫排放量表征环境污染,由于工业二氧化硫的排放速度低于城镇土地的扩张速度,因此城市蔓延的加剧反而降低了环境污染;第二、三产业产值占比与城镇化率的提高加重了环境污染。建议从转变传统工业企业效益增长模式以及合理控制城镇化发展速度着手,制定实现经济与环境协调发展的有效措施。
Based on the municipal level panel data in 104 cities in 2003-2014 in the Yangtze river economic belt,the empirical research on the urban sprawl formation mechanism,and the urban sprawl influence on ecological environment in our country,the study found that:Firstly,the per capita GDP and the promotion of social investment in fixed assets will intensify city spreading phenomenon,and it is snggested to control the population flow and the management and control of land development in the process of economic development.Secondly,the spread of urban environmental pollution has obviously inhibitory effect,the reason may be that:the article selects the unit area industrial SO2 emissions of the characterization of environmental pollution,as a result of industrial SO2 emissions rate lower than that of urban land expansion,so the urbanization aggravation reduces the pollution of the environment instead.Thirdly,the second and third industry output value proportion with the improvement of urbanization rate increased pollution of the environment.This articlesuggests to change from the traditional industrial enterprises benefit growth and reasonable control of the urbanization development speed and formulate effective measures to realize the coordinated development of the economy and environment.
