摘要 随着中国电力市场化改革不断推进,智能电网建设不断取得新突破,电力市场需要寻求新的电价机制来适应发展需求。本文基于新一轮电力体制改革的背景,为实现发电侧和售电侧的价格联动,提出了考虑电力市场供需平衡关系的实时电价定价机制,并针对典型工业园区进行了一部制电价和两部制电价的算例分析,通过测算验证了实时定价机制的可行性。实时电价作为一种新的电价机制有利于优化用户的负荷曲线,降低峰谷差,同时也有助于新能源消纳,节能减排,是有助于社会可持续发展的。 With the development of the China′s market-oriented reforms and the smart power grid′s construction,the power market of China needs a new pricing mechanism which could adapt to the development need.For realizing the interaction between the price of generation side and sale side,this paper proposes a real-time electricity pricing mechanism based on the balance of supply and demand under the background of electric power system reform.And it takes a typical industrial park as an example,verifying the feasibility of this mechanism.The real-time pricing mechanism,as a new electricity pricing mechanism,can optimize the user's load curve and reduces the peak valley difference.And at the same time,it will also be helpful for new energy consumption,energy saving and emission reduction and contribute to the sustainable development of society.
