本科院校思政课师生比计算模型的几种变形及启示

思想政治理论课按照一定的师生比分配专职教师并设置合理的教学规模,是保证其授课效果的关键。《普通高校思想政治理论课建设体系创新计划》中提出本科院校"严格按照1:350—400的师生比配足配强专职教师"的要求,在保证思政课基本教学任务的一般计算模型中是合理的,但在考虑实践环节、考虑设有马克思主义理论学科研究生教学任务、考虑设有独立三本院校、考虑到在职教师的师资培养与进修等几种变形之后,涉及具体院校还需要进一步做出调整。
