高校学生党员发展质量调查与保障机制研究——基于驻保五所高校的调研数据

Research on Quality Investigation and Assurance Mechanism of Developing College Student Party Members:Based on the Survey Data of Five Universities in the City of Baoding

学生党员的培养和发展是高校党建的重要内容,大学生党员发展质量是决定新时期高校党建成败的关键。调查发现,大学生在入党过程中存在入党动机现实化、甚至功利化,党性修养提升缺乏能动性,先锋模范作用不显著以及党员的持续教育和管理不到位等问题。文章基于党员发展质量的突出问题,提出系列提高党员发展质量的创新保障机制。

The cultivation and development of student Party Members is an important part of Party-building in colleges and universities.The development quality of college student Party Members is the key to the success or failure of Party-building in the new era.The survey finds that there are several problems in the process of joining the Party.For example,some students are realistic or even utilitarian when they apply for Party Membership,and some students lack initiative to enhance the Party spirit.All these shadow the role model of college student Party Member,and reveal that the continuing education and management of Party members is not in place.Based on the outstanding issues of the quality of the development of Party members,this paper puts forward a series of innovative security mechanisms to improve the quality of the development of Party members.
