大肠癌中Survivin和nm23-H1的表达及其联合检测的临床意义

Expression of Survivin and nm23-H1 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的探讨大肠癌中Survivin和nm23-H1的表达及其联合检测的临床意义。方法对60例大肠癌患者以及13例癌旁组织的Survivin和nm23-H1的表达情况采用免疫组织化学SP法进行研究,在此基础上分析Survivin和nm23-H1的表达情况与临床病理特征的关系。结果在大肠癌以及癌旁组织之中,Survivin的阳性率分别为86.7%和23.1%;而nm23-H1的阳性率分别为76.3%和84.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Survivin与nm23-H1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、肝转移、Dukes以及淋巴结转移等有关,且Survivin与nm23-H1表达呈现负相关,具有统计学意义。结论 Survivin表达从大肠癌的早期就一直存在,但是nm23-H1的表达与大肠癌的转移密切相关,其可以作为一个大肠癌的负向基因生物标志物。Survivin和nm23-H1联合检测对于判断患者淋巴结转移的倾向以及预后具有比较可靠的参考性。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of Survivin and nm23 - H1 in colorectal cancer and its combined detection. Methods 60 cases of patients with colorectal cancer and 13 cases of adjacent tissue expression of Survivin and nm23 - H1 by immunohistochemical SP method was selected. The relationship of the expression of Survivin and nm23 - H1 and clinical pathological features were analyzed. Results In colorectal cancer and paracancerous tissues, the positive rate of Survivin were 86.7 % and 23.1%, while the positive rate of nm23 - H1 were 76.3% and 84.6%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of. Survivin and rim23 - H1 were correlated with the degree of differentiation, tumor liver metastasis, Dukes and lymph node metastases, and there was negatively correlation between them with statistical significance. Conclusion The expression of Survivinin is in the early colorectal cancer, but the expression of nm23 - H1 is closely related with metastasis colorectal cancer, which can be used as a negative colorectal cancer gene biomarker. Joint inspection of Survivin and nm23 - H1 is a reliable reference to judge the tendency of lymph node metastasis and the prognosis of the patients.
