摘要
通过滤纸片法研究了仙人掌总皂苷的抑菌活性,结果表明仙人掌总皂苷对大肠杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、青霉都有抑制作用,但对黑曲霉没有抑制作用。通过仙人掌总皂苷对羟基的清除作用和对油脂的抗氧化作用研究了其抗氧化活性,试验结果表明仙人掌总皂苷的确有清除羟基的作用,而且有明显的量效关系,但在一定质量浓度范围内其清除羟基的作用弱于抗坏血酸;仙人掌总皂苷也具有一定的抗氧化性,但比没食子酸丙酯(PG)的性能略差。
The antibacterial activity is investigated using the method Kirby-Bauer. The results show that the cactus saponin can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, Bacillus megaterium and Penicillium citainum, but can not inhibit the growth of Aspergillus niger. The activity of cactus anti-oxidation is studied using the experiments of eliminating hydroxy groups and grease anti-oxidation. It shows that the cactus saponin can eliminate the hydroxy groups with high relationship between the quantity and effect. In a certain scope of saponin concentrations,the activity of hydroxy group elimination is less than that of ascorbic acid. The cactus saponin also has the ability of anti-oxidation,but the activity of anti-oxidation is less than that of propyl gallate.
