摘要
通过改变高钝感黑索金的压药密度来探究凹底和平底雷管的轴向起爆能力,并运用升降试验法对比凹底雷管和平底雷管起爆高钝感黑索金的能力,结果表明:高钝感黑索金压药密度越大,铝块凹坑容积越大,在高钝感黑索金压药密度相同的情况下,凹底雷管的铝块凹坑容积仅略大于平底雷管;利用DMA升降法计算得出,凹底雷管的高钝感黑索金50%起爆密度是1.449g·cm^(-3),平底雷管是1.461g·cm^(-3),即凹底雷管和平底雷管的轴向起爆能力没有明显差距。
This paper explores the axial initiating ability of concave bottom detonators and plain bottom detonators by changing the charge density of highly insensitive RDX.The ability of initiating highly insensitive RDX of concave bottom detonators and plain bottom detonators was studied by the up-anddown test method.The results show that the greater the density of highly insensitive RDX,the greater volume of the aluminum block.Unifying the density of highly insensitive RDX,concave bottom detonators' aluminum block volume is only a little greater than plain bottom detonators;Calculated by using DMA up-and-down test method,concave bottom detonators' highly insensitive RDX 50 % initiating density is 1.449g·cm-3,and plain bottom detonators' is 1.461g·cm-3.In a word,there is no significant difference in axial initiating capacity between concave bottom detonators and plain bottom detonators.
