渐进性肌肉放松训练联合孕妈妈沙龙服务模式对孕产妇健康行为和分娩结局的影响

Effect of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with pregnant mothers' salon service mode on maternal health behavior and childbirth outcomes

目的：探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练联合＂孕妈妈沙龙服务＂模式对孕产妇健康行为和分娩结局的影响。方法：选取2013年1月~2015年9月在我院检查并住院分娩的孕妇280例,随机分为对照组130例和观察组150例,对照组采用孕妈妈沙龙服务模式来护理孕妇;观察组采用孕妈妈沙龙服务模式联合渐进性肌肉放松训练来护理孕妇,比较两组孕妇分娩的方式和并发症发生情况以及阴道分娩产程的时间。结果：观察组自然分娩率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,在第1,2,3产程和总产程时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：＂孕妈妈沙龙服务模式＂联合渐进性肌肉放松训练可以影响孕产妇的分娩方式,减少产后并发症的发生。

Objective： To explore the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with pregnant mothers＇ salon service on maternal health behaviors and childbirth outcomes. Methods： Selected 280 cases of pregnant women who checked and hospitalized to give birth to babies in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2015 and divided them randomly into control group with 130 cases and observation group with 150 cases. The pregnant women in the control group were treated with maternal salon service mode. The pregnant women in the observation group were treated with maternal salon service combined with progressive muscle relaxation training. The delivery modes,incidence of complications and vaginal delivery time of the two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results： The rate of spontaneous delivery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The time of first phase,second phase,third phase of birth process and the total time of birth process of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pregnant mothers＇ salon service model combined with progressive muscle relaxation training can affect maternal mode of delivery and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications.
