吸附康复新液的明胶海绵在颌骨囊肿术后术腔填塞中的应用

Application of gelatin sponge adsorbing rejuvenation solution in intraoperative tamponade after the operation of jaw cysts

目的：探讨吸附康复新液的明胶海绵在填充颌骨囊肿术后术腔中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2014年6月~2015年8月诊断为颌骨囊肿的128例患者作为研究对象,随机等分成对照组与研究组,两组采取完全相同的颌骨囊肿切除手术方式,术后研究组选择康复新液明胶海绵填充术腔,对照组采用传统碘仿砂条填充术腔,根据创口愈合情况分成Ⅰ期愈合和Ⅱ期愈合两种类型,比较两组患者进行颌骨囊肿术后术腔填充的效果。结果：研究组患者创口Ⅰ期愈合率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,疼痛程度、肿胀程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：选用吸附康复新液的明胶海绵填充颌骨囊肿术后术腔,可以减轻患者疼痛,避免切口发生肿胀,加快术腔愈合,促进创口修复。

Objective： To study the effect of gelatin sponge adsorbing rejuvenation solution on intraoperative tamponade after the operation of jaw cysts. Methods： Selected 128 cases of patients with jaw cysts in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2015 as research objects and randomly divided them into the control group and the study group. The same operation pattern of jaw cysts was taken for patients in both groups. After the operation,the patients in the study group were filled with gelatin sponge adsorbing rejuvenation solution in intraoperative tamponade. The patients in the control group were filled with traditional iodoformed sand bar and were divided into two types,Ⅰphase wound healing and Ⅱphase wound healing,according to the condition of wound healing.The filling effect of patients after the operation of jaw cysts in the two groups were compared. Results： The wound healing rate of patients in the study group during Ⅰphase wound healing was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of pain and swelling of patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of gelatin sponge adsorbing rejuvenation solution in intraoperative tamponade after the operation of jaw cysts can reduce the pain of patients,avoid the swelling of the incision,accelerate the healing of the cavity and promote the wound repair.
