摘要
目的：利用SHEL分析法分析病区老年患者潜在的护理风险,探讨病区老年患者的护理安全管理办法。方法：回顾性分析我院2013年11月~2014年11月各科上报的与病区老年患者有关的护理不良事件,应用SHEL分析法进行危险因素分析,采取改善病区环境、加强护理人员对病区老年患者的安全风险防范意识、配备必要设施、培训应急知识等措施,对改进前后护理不良事件发生率进行比较。结果：护理不良事件发生率由管理前的0.54%下降到改进后的0.12%（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论：利用SHEL分析法进行风险分析和风险管理,能够有效提高护理人员对病区老年患者的护理风险防范意识,降低病区老年患者的护理不良事件发生率,保障护理安全。
Objective： To analyze the potential nursing risk of elderly patients in the ward and to explore the safety management of nursing of elderly patients in the ward by SHEL analysis. Methods： Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the care- related adverse events of elderly patients reported in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014. The SHEL analysis method was applied to analyze the risk factors. The incidences of adverse care events before and after implementing improvement of the ward environment,strengthen of security risk prevention awareness of nursing staff in the ward for the elderly patients,preparation of necessary facilities and training of emergency knowledge were compared. Results： The incidence of adverse events in nursing was reduced from 0. 54% to 0. 12% after the management（ P〈0. 05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Using SHEL analysis for risk analysis and risk management can effectively improve nursing staff＇s awareness of nursing risk prevention in elderly patients and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events in elderly patients,thus ensuring nursing safety.
