摘要
目的:探讨标识卡与清单盒在消毒供应中心手术器械清单管理中的应用效果。方法:将传统手术器械清单管理方法作为对照组,而用标识卡与清单盒对手术器械清单管理方法作为观察组,对两种方法的工作效率、找清单所需时间、环境整理时间、工作人员满意度等方面进行比较。结果:观察组找清单及整理清单时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组工作人员满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标识卡与清单盒的研制在消毒供应中心手术器械清单管理中的应用,可大大减少包装前找手术器械清单的时间,提高了手术器械包装的质量管理和工作效率及工作人员满意度,与传统管理方法相比,有一定优势。
Objective: To explore the application effect of identification card and list box in the inventory management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center. Methods: The traditional list management method of surgical instruments was used as the control group. The management method of instruments by application of identification card and list box was used as the observation group. The working efficiency,time of finding the list,time of finishing the environment organization,staff satisfaction and other aspects of the two methods were compared. Results: Time of finding the list and file the list of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The application of identification card and list box in the inventory management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can greatly reduce the time of searching the list of instruments before packaging and improve the quality management and efficiency of the surgical instruments packaging and the staff's satisfaction. Compared with the traditional management methods,there are certain advantages of such method.
