实境培训考核模式在ICU轮转护士培训中的应用

Application of realistic training and assessment mode in the training of ICU nurses on rotation

目的:探讨实境培训考核法在ICU轮转护士培训中的应用效果。方法:成立ICU实境培训考核带教小组,对ICU轮转护士进行实境培训考核。根据我科ICU轮转护士培训计划和教学目标,完善制定以问题为中心的实境教学培训案例,采用提问讨论的形式根据计划定期进行培训,带教老师在临床工作中再进行现场的复习讲解。考核内容包括病情观察评估能力、临床护理思维及护理程序运用等7个方面的能力,采用跟班的形式每月进行考核。结果:实境培训后科内、护理部考核ICU轮转护士的综合能力评分优于培训前(P<0.05)。轮转护士的急救技能考核成绩高于培训前(P<0.05)。轮转护士的专科护理、基础护理、安全护理、护理文件书写、消毒隔离等护理质量评分高于培训前(P<0.05),轮转护士对培训考核模式的满意度高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:实境培训考核模式能够提升ICU轮转护士的临床护理能力与急救技能水平,提高护理质量和护士学习的积极性,尽快适应并胜任ICU的护理工作,是确保ICU护理安全的一种有效方法。

Objective： To explore the effect of realistic training and assessment mode in the training of the ICU nurses on rotation. Methods： The ICU training and assessment team was set up to carry out realistic training and assessment of ICU nurses. According to our ICU nurses＇ training program and teaching objective,we improved the development of the problem- centered real- life teaching training cases. The training was implemented by the form of questions and discussions according to plans regularly. Teachers explained at the clinical work in the scene to help nurses review. Assessment includes seven abilities such as disease observation and evaluation capabilities,clinical nursing thinking and the use of nursing procedures. Monthly attendant assessment was conducted.Results： After realistic training,the comprehensive ability score of ICU rotary nurses of the nursing department was better than that of before（ P〈0. 05）.The rotary nurses＇ scores of first aid skills were higher than those before training（ P〈0. 05）. Nursing quality score of rotary nurses＇ specific nursing,basic nursing,safety nursing,nursing documentation,disinfection and isolation was higher than before the training（ P〈0. 05）. Rotary nurses had higher satisfaction with the training assessment model than before（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The model of realistic training and assessment can improve the clinical nursing ability and first- aid skill of nurses in ICU. It can improve the quality of nursing and the enthusiasm of nurses to learn and adapt to ICU nursing work as soon as possible. It is an effective way to ensure the nursing care of ICU.
