Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise combined with far infrared radiation therapy on autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) maturation of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods : Selected 80 cases of patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 and randomly divided them into observation group and control group with equal number. In the control group, routine health education was carded out. In the observation group, the functional exercise was carried out combined with far infrared radiation. After two months, the curative effect of the two groups was observed. The time of first use of fistula, the blood flow during dialysis and the incidence of complications after hemodialysis were com- pared between the two groups. Results : The aspects such as arteriovenous fistula initial use time and blood flow during dialysis of the observation group were better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The complication rate of the observation group after puncture was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Functional exercise combined with far infrared radiation therapy can significantly improve hemodialysis blood flow, shorten the maturation time of internal fistula and reduce the incidence of complications. It can provide a guarantee for the operation of hemodialysis therapy and is recommended for clinical application.
