棉签浸含漱液配合加速康复护理在口腔鳞癌患者中的应用

Application of cotton swab dipped in gargle combined with accelerated rehabilitation nursing in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的：探讨棉签浸含漱液配合加速康复护理在口腔鳞癌患者中的应用效果。方法：将2014年5月~2015年12月行手术治疗的口腔鳞癌患者56例随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组于术后采用常规护理,试验组另给予棉签浸含漱液配合加速康康复护理。对比两组术后输液时间和住院时间、切口疼痛和舒适度、并发症情况。结果：试验组术后输液时间和住院时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）;两组术后切口疼痛和舒适度等级比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在口腔鳞癌患者术后应用棉签浸含漱液配合加速康复护理可有效促进术后恢复,改善患者口腔疼痛感和舒适度,且具有较高安全性。

Objective： To explore the application effect of cotton swab dipped in gargle combined with accelerated rehabilitation nursing in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods： Randomly divided 56 cases of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma who were treated surgically from May 2014 to December 2015 into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing after the operation. The experimental group was treated with accelerated rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The time of infusion and hospital stay,incision pain and comfortable grade,and complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The postoperative infusion time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The differences of incision pain and comfort grade of the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The application of cotton swab dipped in gargle combined with accelerated rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients,improve the oral pain and comfort grade of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma,and have higher safety.
