分时段预约挂号在儿童医院专家门诊中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨分时段预约挂号在儿科专家门诊中的应用及临床效果。方法:将儿童医院专家门诊的挂号号源按时段分段设置,通过多种途径预约具体就诊时间,统计分析分时段前后的专家门诊就诊患儿的预约挂号率、患儿满意度、患儿候诊时间、高峰时段门诊滞留人数。结果:儿童医院专家门诊实施分时段预约挂号后,就诊患儿候诊时间短于分段挂号前(P<0.05),患儿满意度高于分段挂号前(P<0.05),且分时段后高峰时段门诊滞留患儿及家属人数较分时段前明显减少。结论:专家门诊实施分时段预约挂号,方便快捷,正确高效,提高了患儿预约挂号比例,缩短了患儿候诊时间,提高了患儿满意度,减少了患儿及家属在医院的滞留时间,有利于医院资源的高效利用,值得临床推广。 Objective: To explore the application and clinical effect of appointment registration by time segment in pediatric specialist clinic. Methods: The registration number of specialist clinic in the children hospital was set up according to different time periods. The time of appointment was determined by different ways. The registration rate,satisfaction rate,the waiting time of the patients and outpatients retention during peak hours were statistically analyzed before and after the application of time segment. Results: After the application of appointment and registration by time segment in specialist clinic of children hospital,the treatment and waiting time of pediatric patients was shorter than that before( P〈0. 05). The satisfaction degree of children was higher than that before( P〈0. 05). And the number of pediatric patients and families retention during peak hours was significantly decreased compared with that before. Conclusion: The application of appointment and registration by time segment in specialist clinic is convenient and efficient to improve the registration ratio of children,shorten the waiting time of pediatric patients,improve the satisfaction of children and reduce the time of stay in hospital. It is conducive to the efficient use of hospital resources and worthy of clinical promotion.
