荆芥连翘汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎32例疗效观察

Effects of Jingjie Lianqiao Decoction (荆芥连翘汤) on Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察荆芥连翘汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组28例予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服,治疗组32例在对照组基础上加服中药荆芥连翘汤,服药3个月后,评价两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.6%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:荆芥连翘汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jingjie Lianqiao Decoction （荆芥连翘汤, JJLQD） on patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods： The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group 32 patients using JJLQD and Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets, 28 cases in the control group using Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets, after 3 months, the effect of two groups were evaluated. Results： The to- tal effective rate of treatment group was 90.6%, and the control group was 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： JJLQD has good curative effect on ulcerative colitis.
