摘要
如何能在海量的高通量测序数据中去除噪音、发现致病微生物是一个重要的研究课题。临床信息指导下的高通量测序能减少对于高通量测序海量数据的生物信息学分析工作量,高通量测序指导下的病原体致病性判断又减少了临床撒网式筛查病原体的工作量。高通量测序的临床应用可能使得严重感染的临床治疗更为精准并有效降低死亡率。
Identification of etiologic agents from the big data obtained through high-throughput sequencing is an important field of research. High-throughput sequencing directed by clinical information decreases the workload of bioinformatics. Pathogen identification directed by high-throughput sequencing decreases the workload of broadly screening for pathogens. The clinical use of high-throughput sequencing would make the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis more precise and more efficient and it may decrease the mortality from sepsis.
