山东省控制华支睾吸虫病六项技术措施的创立与实施效果

Research of six technologies,measures and effects for control and treatment of Clonorchis sinensis in Shandong Province

目的调查山东省华支睾吸虫病流行范围,流行规律和危害程度,总结华支睾吸虫病的诊断与防治效果。方法对山东省50余年华支睾吸虫病的调查、研究及防治资料等进行回顾性分析,总结70%碘化钾溶液漂浮集卵法,皮内试验,以地面积水情况进行流行率分层调查,大面积防治试点研究,应用药物六氯对二甲苯治疗华支睾吸虫病,控制华支睾吸虫病流行及考核标准等六项技术、方法和措施用于华支睾吸虫病防治的效果。结果 70%碘化钾溶液漂浮集卵法虫卵检出率高,以该方法进行的分层调查资料显示常年积水型村居民华支睾吸虫感染率显著高于临时积水型村。华支睾吸虫成虫抗原皮内试验方法敏感性高,以该方法检查结果为依据进行大面积试点防治,人群感染率和虫卵平均密度均显著降低。六氯对二甲苯片剂疗程短、服用方便且不良反应轻微,用该药物治疗华支睾吸虫病疗效确切。制定的控制华支睾吸虫病流行的标准及考核办法科学、客观,可供全国其他流行区参考。结论山东省控制华支睾吸虫病六项技术措施实施效果显著,且对全国其他华支睾吸虫病流行区具有借鉴作用。

Objective Epidemic range,regularity and extent of harm of Clonorchis sinensis（Cobbold,1875）in Shandong Province were investigated.Diagnosis and control effect of C.sinensis were summarized. Methods more than 50 years of investigation and control data of C.sinensis were analyzed retrospectively in Shandong Province.Six technologies,methods and measures for C.sinensis prevention and treatment effect,including 70% potassium iodide solution floating egg collection method,intracutaneous test,Epidemic rate stratification investigation based on ground water condition,large-scale prevention and treatment research,hexachloro-p-xylene was for treatment of C.sinensis,control of C.sinensis epidemic and assessment standards were summarized. Results 70% potassium iodide solution floating egg collection method with high detection rate,stratification surveillance data by the method showed that residents infection rate of C.sinensis type of perennial water village was significantly higher than the temporary water type villages.Antigen intradermal test method of C.sinensis with high sensitivity,the average infection rate and egg density decreased significantly,large-scale prevention and treatment based on this method.With shorttime of hexachloro-p-xylene tablets,easy taking and little side effects.Standard and assessment methods of prevention and treatment of C.sinensis were scientific and objective,can be used as reference for the whole country. Conclusion Six technologies and measures have significant effects for control and treatment of C.sinensis in Shandong Province,can be used as reference to other C.sinensis epidemic areas nationwide.
