垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血96例的疗效探讨

The study on 96 cases of pituitary hormone cure tuberculosis hemoptysis

目的 探讨垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血的临床疗效。方法 选择2013年4月~2015年4月期间我院收治的96例肺结核咯血患者作为观察组予以垂体后叶素治疗,另取同期收治同症患者96例作为对照组予以常规止血处理,观察对比两组止血效果及用药安全性。结果 观察组临床总有效率为91.7%,明显高于对照组的78.1%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.93,P〈0.05）。观察组咯血量为（271.3±24.7）m L,明显少于对照组的（468.6±26.1）m L,差异具有统计学意义（t=53.795,P〈0.05）;观察组止血时间为（2.5±0.5）d,明显短于对照组的（5.3±0.8）d,差异有统计学意义（t=29.080,P〈0.05）。观察组药物不良反应率为9.4%,对照组药物不良反应率为11.5%,组间比较无显著差异（χ2=0.22,P〉0.05）。结论 垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血的止血效果确切,可短时间内消除咯血症状,并可减少咯血量,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To study the effect of pituitary hormone in treatment of tuberculosis hemoptysis. Methods A total of 96 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were chosen as observation group, they were treated by pituitary hormone, at the same time, the other 96 patients were chosen as control group, they were treated by conventional hemostatic treatment. The hemostasis and drug safety of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group（78.1%）, the difference was statistically significant（X2=6.93, P〈0.05）. The amount of hemoptysis in the obser- vation group was（271.3±24.7） mL, significantly less than that of the control group [（468.6±26.1） roLl, and the difference was statistically significant （t=53.795, P〈0.05）; the hemostasis time of the observation group was （2.5±0.5） d, significantly shorter than that of the control group[（5.3±0.8） d], the difference was statistically significant （t=29.080, P〈0.05）. The adverse drug reaction rates of the observation group was 9.4%, the adverse drug reaction rates of the control group was 11.5%, there was no significant difference between the two groups （X2=0.22, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Pituitary hormone cure tuberculosis hemoptysis has exact hemostatic effect, it can eliminate the hemoptysis symptoms in a short time, and can also reduce the amount of hemoptysis, it has higher drug safety.
