城乡居民医疗保障制度整合后对医院内部管理的影响研究

Study on the influence of the integration of urban and rural residents' medical insurance system on the internal management of the hospital

在研究城乡居民医疗保障制度整合后对医院内部管理的影响中,从当下我市医疗制度改革执行的区域进行分析,并对其不同体系的营造建设进行适当的回顾性分析,研究其医疗保障制度改革后对医院内部管理的影响研究。经回顾性分析研究,对于城乡医保制度在整合管理服务体系的研究上,通过医保基金层次调节,极大地满足了对当下基本医疗保障基金在统筹层次上的整理,并为后续的城乡居民医疗提供安全保障。在城乡医院进行医保制度结合调控,能够更好地解决在医疗资金不足的问题,并在相应的制度保障上,为居民患者提供有力保障支持。

In the study on the influence of the integration of urban and rural residents＇ medical insurance system on the internal management of the hospital, the region that implemented the health care reform was analyzed. Different systems of construction were conducted with appropriate retrospective analysis and the influence of the reform of the medical insurance system on the internal management of the hospital was studied. By the retrospective study, in the as- pect of the integration of service system, the urban and rural residents~ medical insurance system could meet the cur- rent basic medical insurance funds in the overall level of consolidation and provide follow-up medical security for the urban and rural residents through being levelly regulated by the health insurance fund. The regulation and control of medical insurance system in the urban and rural hospitals could better solve the problem of shortage of medical funds and provide strong support for the residents on the basis of related system.
